Effective date: September 4, 2026
These Terms form an agreement between you and SMM Panel Nigeria. By registering, funding a wallet, or ordering, you confirm you are at least 18, can enter a binding agreement, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service
We operate a reseller panel for social-media marketing services supplied by third-party fulfilment providers. Availability, limits, refill or cancellation eligibility, pricing, and outcomes vary and may change before submission.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, maintain one account unless approved otherwise, protect your credentials, and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. We may request reasonable verification to protect accounts and payments.
3. Acceptable use
Order only for public content or accounts you own, manage, or are authorised to promote. You must not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, fraud, political manipulation, deceptive reviews, infringement, malware, exploitation, hate, or violence. You must not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass controls, exploit errors, abuse refunds, or use stolen payment methods.
4. Orders and delivery
Check the service, link, quantity, price, and eligibility before ordering. Orders may begin automatically and may not be editable. Avoid overlapping orders for the same link. Delivery and retention can be affected by provider capacity, platform changes, privacy settings, removed content, or changed usernames.
Delivery information is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not promise particular reach, revenue, audience quality, permanence, or protection from social-network action. You are responsible for compliance with third-party platform rules.
5. Prices, wallets, and payments
Prices are shown in Naira and the charge is displayed before submission. Wallet funds are credited only after server-side payment verification. You authorise necessary payment processing and must promptly report incorrect or unauthorised charges.
6. Cancellations, refills, and refunds
Cancellation and refill rights apply only where displayed and remain subject to provider acceptance. Failed order submissions are returned to your wallet. Partial-delivery adjustments depend on verified provider results.
All wallet deposits are final. We do not offer refunds or withdrawals to bank accounts. Wallet funds can only be used to purchase services on the platform.
7. Suspension
We may restrict or close accounts for suspected fraud, unlawful use, security risk, payment abuse, provider complaints, or material breach. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
8. Third parties
Social networks, fulfilment providers, payment processors, and linked sites are independent. We are not responsible for their independent outages, policy changes, or account decisions, while remaining responsible for duties applicable law places directly on us.
9. Intellectual property
Our software, branding, layout, and original content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service as intended and permit us to process submitted information as needed to operate it.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profit, lost audience, or platform enforcement. Aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service, except where law prohibits that limit.
11. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to reimburse reasonable loss arising from your unlawful use, infringement, fraudulent payment activity, or material breach. This does not cover loss caused by our breach or negligence.
12. Complaints, law, and changes
Contact support@smmpanel.ng first so we can investigate. Nigerian law governs these Terms and Nigerian courts have jurisdiction, without removing mandatory regulatory or consumer rights. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate and do not retroactively remove accrued statutory rights.
13. General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Delay in enforcement is not waiver. You may not transfer your account or agreement without consent.
